Please read these terms carefully before using Lease 4 Credit. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lease 4 Credit (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of our website and credit-building services. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use Lease 4 Credit. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@lease4credit.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Each individual may maintain only one active Lease 4 Credit account. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.
Lease 4 Credit is a credit-building service that reports your lease and rental payment history to one or more of the three major credit bureaus: Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian. We are not a credit repair organization, lender, or credit counseling service.
By enrolling in our service, you expressly authorize Lease 4 Credit to obtain, verify, and report your payment history to credit bureaus on your behalf. You represent that you have the legal right to authorize reporting for each account you enroll.
Credit score improvements are not guaranteed. Results vary based on your overall credit profile, payment history, and other factors outside our control. Lease 4 Credit makes no representations or warranties regarding specific score outcomes.
We report payment data as provided to us. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the account information you submit. If you believe a report contains an error, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of the reporting date.
A one-time, non-refundable onboarding fee of $69.00 is charged upon account creation. This fee covers identity verification, account setup, and initial bureau enrollment.
A recurring monthly fee of $8.95 per enrolled account is charged on the same date each month following your enrollment. By providing your payment information, you authorize Lease 4 Credit to charge these fees automatically.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again within 3 business days. If payment cannot be collected after two attempts, your account may be suspended and bureau reporting may be paused until payment is received.
The $69.00 onboarding fee is non-refundable. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you cancel before the next billing date, you will not be charged for the following month.
You agree not to: (a) provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information; (b) enroll accounts for which you do not have authorization; (c) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service; or (f) use automated tools to access or scrape our platform.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination without refund, reporting to appropriate authorities, and civil or criminal liability. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement.
The Lease 4 Credit service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We are not responsible for delays in credit bureau processing, bureau system outages, or the time it takes for reported information to appear on your credit report. Typical reporting timelines are 30–45 days but may vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lease 4 Credit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or credit opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@lease4credit.com or through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Upon cancellation, we will cease future bureau reporting for your enrolled accounts.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Previously reported payment history will remain on your credit report in accordance with applicable law and bureau policies, which is typically 7–10 years.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@lease4credit.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute within 30 days of receiving written notice.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cancel your account before the changes take effect.
